Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

Reservation Deposit

A deposit of US$250 is required to confirm your reservation.

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Beach House Aruba will manually charge the credit card provided at the time of booking. The charge will appear under the name Aruba Activity Management N.V.

If the payment is declined, we will immediately contact you by email and ask you to provide a valid credit card or contact your bank to resolve the issue.

Alternatively, payment can be made by bank transfer upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel at least 31 days before arrival and receive a full refund of your

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Refunds Following Rebooking

Even when a cancellation is non-refundable, we will make reasonable efforts to rebook your accommodation.

If we successfully rebook the canceled accommodation, we will refund the amount recovered for the corresponding nights, up to the amount you originally paid for those nights, less a small administration fee.

All cancellations must be submitted by email.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unexpected circumstances that may prevent you from travelling.
